2019 D.O. Montsant "Peraj Ha'abib - Flor de Primavera" kosher, Catalunya, Spain

Firm, quite deep, slightly cedary aroma of blackcurrants, some red berries and hints of cherries with nutty and peppery tones, some smoke, dried meaty hints, black olives and Mediterranean dried herbs. Ripe, tightly knit, dark, juicy fruit, partly preserved active, youthful, fine, ripe tannin, ethereal herbs and chocolate on the palate, also salt, very light peanutty tones, persistent, quite powerful, high but integrated alcohol, juniper, liquorice and pepper, very good, juicy, relatively firm finish.
