Translate to English Herber Duft nach schwarzen Beeren und Sauerkirschen mit kandiert-kräuterigen Anklängen und mineralischen Tönen im Hintergrund. Reife, fest gewirkte, vorwiegend dunkle Frucht mit leicht schokoladigen und malzigen Tönen, passendes Holz, präsente, relativ mürbe Tannine, viel Schmelz am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit und etwas Tiefe, noch jung, im Hintergrund Mineralik und kräuterige Ansätze, sehr guter, saftiger, feinwürziger und auch noch ein wenig nachtrocknender Abgang mit spürbarem, aber integriertem Alkohol und Wacholdertönen. Wird mit Luft noch straffer und bindet den Alkohol völlig ein.
