Tart aroma of black and a little red berries with some earthy, dried-vegetable and smoky-roasty aromas as well as a hint of tar. Tart, quite tightly knit fruit with dark, somewhat bitter-chocolatey wood spice, present, fine sandy tannin, some power, quite good persistence, again reminiscent of tar, also a little coffee, has grip, good to very good finish with relatively dark juice and again tart wood spice.

Best to drink: Ende 2022 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
