Somewhat spicy, mushroomy and vegetal to herbal scent of partly preserved mixed berries with a hint of tomato and pepper. Again partly preserved fruit with vegetal and slightly waxy notes, nutty wood tones in the background, dusty, a little drying tannin that integrates well with air, hints of caramel and dried mushrooms, some warmth, good to very good finish, again a hint of drying.

Best to drink: Bis 2025+. What our ratings mean
