The winery with the full name "Cavallotto Tenuta Vitivinicola Bricco Boschis" is located in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto (province of Cuneo) in the Italian region of Piedmont. It was founded by Ciacomo Cavallotto and is now managed in the fifth generation by Guiseppe and Alfio Cavallotto. The total estate covers 25 hectares, of which the vineyards occupy 24 hectares in the two historical locations of Bricco Boschi and Vignolo. Half of them are planted with Nebbiolo, as well as Barbera, Chardonnay, Dolcetto, Freisa, Grignolino and Pinot Nero. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wines mature in traditional Slovenian oak barrels of various sizes. The product range includes the DOC/DOC wines Barolo, Barbera d'Alba, Dolcetto d'Alba and Langhe.
