Firm, slightly tobacco and a little bit of pickled, rather pungent red pepper with blackberry aromas, aromatic pepper, soup herbs and a little dried mushrooms. Very firm, tart dark fruit, smoky, somewhat mushroom and paprika notes, present but rather fine tannin, minty traces, some soot and tar, salt in the background, very good, firm, tart, juicy, black fruity and again slightly sooty finish with citrus tones
