Dried floral and slightly nutty scent of ripe, partly dried yellow fruits with rather light woody nuances. Ripe, firm, tangy-juicy fruit with somewhat woody and nutty spice, delicately yeasty, very fine acidity, touch of ripe tannin, persistent, certain depth, quite clear minerality, very good, firm finish with tart juice and nutty spice
