Translate to English Entwickelter, deutlich holziger, pilziger und erdiger Duft nach reifen, teils eingemachten dunklen Früchten mit erdigen Noten und ein wenig kohlartig-gemüsigen Tönen. Herbe, etwas säuerliche, entwickelte Frucht, deutlich vegetabile Aromen, Koriander und eine Spur Salz, gewisser Säurebiss und zart sandiges Tannin, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, erdige Nuancen, schon recht entwickelt, noch guter Abgang.
