Partly dried yellow fruit on the nose, some bread and light medicinal notes. Soft, dried and preserved fruit on the palate, fairly creamy, preserved apples and some medicinal herbs, hint of elegant single malt, integrated, moderate acidity, opens up with aeration, good finish.
