Clear, quite firm, a little bacony aroma of ripe black berries with a touch of cherries, hints of ethereal, almost a little herbal spice and restrained woody notes. Ripe, firm dark fruit with slightly bitter-chocolate tones and again ethereal-herbal hints, relatively present, youthful, yet friable tannins, good substance and persistence, still quite compact, dark roasty hints, a hint of coffee grounds, good depth, very good, dense, tangy and spicy finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
