Firm, quite deep aroma of partly dried yellow fruits, dried flowers and citrus zest with some yellow spice. Firmly woven, juicy, very sweet, partly candied fruit, nutty and caramel traces, some yellow spice, very fine acidity, concentrated and persistent on the palate, good depth, a trace of smoke, clear minerality, very good to long, pure, creamy-juicy, sweet finish
