2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Vernatsch Freisinger, Alto Adige, Italy

Firm, fairly tart nose, still slightly yeasty, almonds and light dried vegetal notes, red and a few black berries, floral, earthy and mineral notes. Fairly firm youthful fruit on the palate, nutty, dried vegetal and light earthy notes, some almonds, very elegant acidity, youthful tannins, hint of bacon in the background, very good substance and persistence, some depth, still largely undeveloped, very poliashed, salty notes in the background, cool style, very good finish. Classy wine.
