2009 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Gewürztraminer, Alto Adige, Italy

Cool nose with mineral notes, lychee and melon, rose wood and medicinal herbs. Fairly cool and quite light-bodied on the palate, polished, closed, preserved apple and melon fruit, hint of Mediterranean fruit, prominent herbaceous notes, delicate bitter notes, fairly noticeable mineral notes, integrated acidity, elegant varietal character and shows its origin, very good finish.
