2002 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Loam, Alto Adige, Italy

Oak and roasted notes on the nose, tart aromas of dried herbs, black berries and cherries. Quite polished fruit, more dried herbs, well integrated smoky oak, quite fine, slightly astringent tannins, good structure, quite persistent on the palate, tart notes, roasted and tart smoky notes on the finish.
