At first relatively restrained, then increasingly aromatic, somewhat planty to herbal and hinted at white-peppery pome fruit scent with a little gooseberry, celery and tobacco. Straightforward, fine-juicy fruit with a hint of peppers and dark berries, lively, yet fine acidity, light tannic grip, good persistence, earthy and salty tones, noticeable but integrating alcohol warmth in the good to very good finish.

Editor note: Tart and restrained, almost cool, clearly herbal nose with white and slightly green fruity as well as delicately floral notes. Straightforward fruit, fine acidity and some grip, some warmth and almost a little sweet melting, a hint of dark berries, floral nuances, some pepper and passion fruit, good finish with buttery and nutty traces.
