Rather firm, somewhat more vegetable, herbaceous and still a hint of yeast with restrained, tart yellow-fruity and floral tones. Ripe, warm, sweetish fruit with a little nutty and dried floral spice, very fine acidity, some grip, a lot of power and alcohol, tobacco traces in the background, a touch of red berries, delicate ripe tones, very good, warm, juicy, spicy and again alcoholic finish
