Editor note: Fairly shy, cool nose, light yellow fruit, nutty and light vegetal notes. Clear, tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and light nutty notes, light vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins, hint of bacon, salty, chalky mineral notes, light spice, nutty aromas and a hint of oak on a very good finish.
