2009 Colline Novaresi DOC Erbaluce Luminae, Piedmont, Italy

Youthful nose with some noticeable sulphur, apples and pears, kaki fruit and blossoms. Approachable on the palate, in spite of the high alcohol, slightly rustic pomaceous fruit, hint of citrus zests, light tannic touch, light herbaceous notes, integrated acidity provides backbone, crisp, fairly full-bodied style, quite refreshing, fruity, but also slightly bitter on an attractive finish.
