Firm, yeasty and somewhat nutty, slightly planty to herbal and floral aroma with restrained, bright yellow fruity aromas, a hint of dark berries and chalky nuances. Clear, cool, polished fruit, tart and fine-juicy, very fine mousseux, some grip, herbaceous nuances and a hint of black berries in the background, persistent, some depth, mineral hints, densely woven, still young, very good, tart-juicy, grippy finish with almondy-nutty, yeasty and delicately smoky tones.
