Fairly tart nose, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yellow fruit aromas, hint of mushrooms, pepperyandfloral traces. Clear, bone dry, light fruit on the palate, vegetal, yeasty and light floral notes, medium-fine mousse, fairly persistent, hint of mushrooms in the background, light grip,, good to very good yeasty finish.
