Relatively cool, slightly smoky, somewhat nutty and vegetable-like to dried herb core and stone fruit scent with a hint of mixed berries and suggested spring onions. Slim, juicy, sweet fruit with still yeasty hints, lively acidity, light tannin grip, certain sustainability, salty tones, dark berries in the background, good finish.
