Quite firm, somewhat dried-herbal, nutty and slightly mushroomy scent of ripe, partly candied yellow fruits with light mineral hints. Ripe, very slightly creamy, very sweet citrus fruit with a slight acid bite, a hint of medicinal herbs and earth, has some grip, good substance and persistence, some depth, salty minerality, very good, delicately smoky finish with bite.

Firm, juicy, pure, sweet fruit, lively, fine acidity, delicate grip, herbal and hints of floral aromas, candy tones on the palate, persistent, good depth, clear minerality in the background, still undeveloped, but already excellently balanced, drawn through, very good, tight, juicy finish with traction
