Somewhat animal and woody-spicy nose of black berries with dried plant and earthy notes. Firm, tangy-juicy, clear fruit, slightly smoky-roasted spice, some dried herbs and a hint of pepper, persistent on the palate, very slightly sooty, salt in the background, certain strength, very good, tangy-juicy and roasted finish
