Surprisingly cool, polished, light nose, yellow fruit aromas, floral, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light peppery notes, some hay and salad cucumber. Firm, again very polished and fairly cool, light fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, delicate grip, concentrated and persistent, appears quite light-footed in spite of its full body, floral traces, prominent salty and chalky mineral notes, fairly firm structure, some depth, vegetal notes and prominent almonds on a very good, elegant fruity finish.
