Clear, firmly structured, tart fruit on the palate, spicy and dried berhaceous notes, elegant, fairly lively acidity, good grip, good substance and persistence, yeasty traces, prominent mineral notes, some depth, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, slightly creamy, peppery spice on a very good, firm, grippy, tart, juicy finish.
