Tart nose, light vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas, light earthy and mineral notes, hint of mushrooms. Fairly juicy fruit on the palate, prominent mineral notes, dried vegetal and herbaceous traces, still very slightly yeasty, very slightly muted by a light tannic touch, nutty and earthy notes, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, very good, slightly sweetish, juicy finish.
