Slightly smoky nose, hint of tobacco, vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, red and a few black berres, some bacon, hint of soup greens andsome bacon, light earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, creamy fruit on the palate, initially warm, but becomes increasingly firm and more elegant with aeration, light nutty, spicy oak, integrated tannins, light bite, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, smoky, lightly toasted oak, hint of citrus zests on a polished, very slightly jammy finish.
