Firm, deep, complex nose, partly dried and candied yellow fruit, yellow spice, some bees wax, prominent floral aromas, herbaceous notes, ginger and peppery traces. Extremely concentrated, firm, brilliantly clear and extremely juicy fruit on the palate, dried fruit and sugar candy, firm acidity and grip, ethereal traces, persistent, deep and complex, very elegant vegetal traces in the background, prominent salty notes, still largely undeveloped, but already enchanting, viscous texture, but also tremendously vibrant, hint of coffee, surprisingly fresh with a firm bite, long, gripping, complex finish.
