Erdig, gewürzig und mineralisch auch im Mund, wieder eher vegetabil, phenolisch und getrocknet-pflanzlich als fruchtig, ruhige Säure, etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, gewisse Substanz, süßlicher Schmelz, recht nachhaltig am Gaumen, rustikale Art, malzige Spuren, wird mit Luft etwas trocknender und indifferenter, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
