Franciacorta DOCG Brut "Opera" Rosé, Lombardy, Italy

Delicately vegetal, mushroomy and smoky nose with yellow and red fruity notes, nutty aromas, some yeast and a little tree bark. Taut, quite juicy, cool fruit with minimal dosage sweetness and quite present acidity, harmonious, quite fine perlage, yeasty, nutty and floral nuances on the palate, again also a little mushroom, good persistence, very delicate tannin, smoky and chalky hints, very good, quite juicy finish with bite.
