Tart nose, light herbaceous notes, predominantly black berries and some cherries, licorice. Tart, fairly dark, straightforward fruit on the palate, some licorice, herbaceous notes, hint of sugar candy, some hazelnuts in the background, fine sandy tannins, fairly fresh style, hint of citrus fruit, still young, good to very good finish.
