Translate to English Leicht entwickelte, etwas rauchige, angetrocknet-pflanzliche und leicht phenolische Nase mit hellen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, erdig-vegetabilen Nuancen und einem Hauch Speck. Schlanke, helle, recht süße Frucht, präsente Säure, feinsandiger Gerbstoff, pflanzliche bis kräuterige Noten am Gaumen, erneut zart erdige Noten, gewisse Schalen-Phenolik, Salz im Hintergrund, sehr guter, nur ein wenig süß-saurer und ganz leicht antrocknender Abgang.
