Ripe, somewhat warm, slightly muted fruit, nutty and yeasty tones reminiscent of light bread, fine acidity, noticeable, crumbly-sandy tannin, again a bit of maple in the background, also chamomile and a hint of honey, certain strength and sustainability, but lacking precision, good to very good, slightly warm and sweet, again somewhat muted finish with rather dark mineral notes and a touch of butter.
