Clear, cool, very delicate yeasty and mushroomy nose with light pome fruit aromas and floral traces. Fine, polished, again cool fruit, very fine acidity, delicate planty and floral nuances, mineral traces, very dry style, lean and light on its feet, certain persistence, clear, fine-juicy finish.
