Tart, firm, cool and rather dark, smoky fragrance of black and red berries with a touch of cherries, dried floral nuances, a hint of tar, some minerality and hinted wood. Clear, polished, rather juicy, rather cool fruit, certain acid bite, very fine tannin, persistent on the palate, very slightly tarry-roasted nuances in the background, clear minerality, very elegant style, persistent, certain depth, very good, firm, rather complex finish with polished, cool juice, a little malt, spicy bread crust, draught and fine spice
