Relatively tart and slightly muted, clearly vegetal nose of celery and radish with restrained white and yellow fruity notes. Very sweet, partly candied fruit with present acidity and again clearly radish, some yellow spice on the palate, preserved apricots, light grip, good persistence, very good, quite sweet finish with noticeable acid bite and yeasty nuances.
