DOCG area (since 2020 only Matelica Riserva) for white wine in the Italian Marche region. The zone covers around 300 hectares of vineyards in the municipalities of Cerreto d'Esi and Fabriano in the province of Ancona, and the municipalities of Camerino, Castelraimondo, Esanatoglia, Gagliole, Matelica and Pioraco in the province of Macerata. In addition, certain locations or Vigna can be indicated on the label.
