Firm, tart, slightly dried herbaceous and peppery spicy scent of black berries and a little cherry with slightly nutty-woody and clearly mineral notes. Clear, firm, rather juicy fruit, very fine, smooth tannin and some acid bite, dried herbs on the palate, some tobacco and again peppery and spicy nuances, undergrowth, lasting and dense, good depth, lots of salty minerality, quite complex, firm, juicy and spicy finish with grip and bite. Once again much more convincing than the sample tasted a year ago

Editor note: Firm nose, light nutty oak, ripe black berries, hint of tobacco, some dried herbs, peppery spice, some licorice, dried flowers, earthy and mineral traces. Firm, tart, dark fruit on the palate, nutty oak, tobacco, cocoa and a hint of coffee, integrated fine, sandy tannins, good substance and persistence, quite full-bodied in spite of the moderate level of alcohol, hint of bacon, peppery notes and dried herbs, more earthy traces, very good, firm finish.
