Tart pomaceous fruit on the nose, herbaceous and elegant spicy notes, vegetal and delicate nutty notes. Tart again on the palate, elegant spice, light vegetal and delicate earthy and mineral notes, elegant, fairly lively acidity, fairly persistent, good grip, quite full-bodied, quite a good finish.
