Quite firm, clearly vegetal nose, reminiscent of artichokes with yellow fruity, delicately floral, yeasty-bacony and hints of nutty tones. Taut, fine, tart, cool fruit, again clearly vegetal aromas, some nutty spice, fine acidity and noticeable tannin grip, somewhat mineral, not very deep, good finish, again with green-vegetable notes.
