Quite clearly vegetal, a little reminiscent of green asparagus and somewhat smoky aroma with restrained yellow fruity notes, yeasty and floral traces and a touch of wax and butter. Ripe, slightly warm fruit, suitable acidity, delicate grip, buttery and caramel nuances, a touch of rock candy and sweet melting, some warmth on the palate, nutty tones, hints of yellow spice, good to very good, spicy, again delicately sweet finish.
