Firm, nutty, clearly vegetal and very slightly bacon-like fragrance with yellow fruity notes and a little reminiscent of mushrooms. Ripe, very firm, tangy-juicy fruit, nutty, vegetable and yellow-spicy aromas, again a little mushroom and bacon, good substance and persistence, has strength, some depth, fine acidity, compact structure, still young, clear minerality in the background, fine touch, smoky traces, has life, very good, firm, tangy-juicy, mineral, slightly herbal and again smoky finish
