Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto DOCG Frizzante, Emilia Romagna, Italy

Citrus and pomaceous fruit on the nose, some melon, light yeasty and vegetal notes. Clear, elegant, juicy, delicately sweetish fruit on the palate, floral and vegetal traces, touch of melon and apple fruit, fairly fine mousse, slightly persistent, salty traces in the background, fairly clear contours on a good to very good finish.
