Cool, bright, plant-based nose with restrained yellow fruity notes. Clear, again cool, relatively bitter, firmly structured, again rather restrained fruit, leafy-planty spice, fine, relatively lively acidity, some grip, hinted, a touch of sweet melt, a little salt in the background, nutty traces, good to very good, again rather bitter finish.
