2015 Rosso di Valtellina DOC, Lombardy, Italy

Tart, slightly old oak and tobacco-like scent of rose petals with red berry aromas, a touch of blood orange and almond and herbaceous nuances. Clear, cool and tart on the palate, restrained, light red fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, more rose petals and a touch of yeast, fairly persistent, light-bodied style, light earthy notes, attractive to good finish with a touch.
