Firm and quite deep, nutty, very slightly dried-fleshy and tarry scent of red and a little black berries with a hint of cherries, fine herbal nuances, lavender-floral tones, some meat, capers and tobacco. Taut, tangy, ripe, still rather youthful fruit with present, crumbly-sandy tannins and bite, herbal and floral nuances, a hint of citrus zest, nutty hints, some tobacco and a touch of tar, also a little soy in the background, persistent, good depth, still gaining with air, firm, tart, rather mineral finish
