Editor note: Quite a deep, intense nose, ripe, partly preserved and partly dried rosehip and other red berries, spicy tobacco, mineral notes, some old oak, earthy notes and a hint of dried herbs. Quite tart and cool on the palate, with prominent mineral aromas, dried vegetal notes, old oak, and delicate earthy notes, restrained and partly dried red fruit, persistent with very fine tannins, has some substance, but more elegant and vibrant rather than full-bodied, harmonious, good persistence and depth, very good finish. Needs some aeration.
