Nose still very reductive and slightly yeasty, prominent vegetal notes, some smoked bacon, tart yellow fruit, light nutty traces, earthy notes, hint of tobacco. Tart, undeveloped fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, yeasty notes and smoked bacon, very elegant acidity, good persistence and substance, mineral notes in the background, toch of pepper and salt, firm grip, very good finish. Needs time to mature.
