Slightly dried vegetable to herbaceous and a hint of floral fragrance with restrained, tart yellow-fruity and yeasty notes. Cool, finely juicy, completely dry fruit, planty and yeasty notes, fine perlage, some acid bite and a delicate touch, good persistence, some minerality in the background, very good, tart finish
