Editor note: Red berries and some partly dried prunes on the nose, vegetal notes, some wilted flowers and leaves, smoky notes. Full-bodied on the palate with restrained fruit, slightly brittle, fairly prominent, slightly astringent tannins, firm and still very youthful, quite persistent, touch of tobacco, has some depth, mineral notes, good to very good finish.
